Custom fabrication for a 2 day food festival in Los Angeles.

Drop Works brought to life a series of structures for the Yes Chef Food Fest, establishing a consistent visual and functional language across the event.

From the custom built VIP entrance that defined the arrival experience, to a high-traffic step and repeat designed for high traffic use, every touchpoint was intentional.

Service and flow were central to the entire project. We built and installed a 50’ long wraparound, double-sided bar/retail structure with one side serving as a Don Julio branded service bar and the other as a merch general store that was designed to allow for 360 degree access. This layout kept traffic fluid and efficient throughout the festival.

We also installed a custom fabricated white oak veneer 18-seat omakase bar in the VIP area that helped to create an intimate immersive experience for the festival’s VIP guests.

This high-impact build balanced performance, flexibility, and cost while actively supporting the varied pace and energy levels of a live festival.
